At Zaaviya, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, exchanges will only be entertained under the following circumstances:

If you have received an incorrect product, size, or color.

If the product you received was damaged upon delivery.
In such cases, we will issue you Online Store Credit (excluding shipping charges), which you can use for future purchases on our website.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7-14 working days of receiving your order.
1. How the Exchange Process Works
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at zaaviyaofficial@gmail.com or call us at 0322 2329418. Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed that the mistake was from our side, we will arrange for the item to be collected from your address within 7 to 10 working days at no extra shipping cost.
After receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue Online Store Credit to your account, which can be used for future purchases on Zaaviya.
2. What is Online Store Credit?
Online Store Credit is like digital money in your Zaaviya account. Instead of receiving a refund, you can use this credited amount towards your next online purchase.
3. Limitations on Exchanges
While we want you to have a smooth shopping experience, certain limitations apply:

Accessories are not eligible for exchange.

Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Once sale prices are live, the final discounted price will apply to any exchange.

Items must be in resaleable condition.

Tags must be intact, and the item must be unused and unwashed.
4. Do We Offer Cash Refunds?
Zaaviya does not offer cash refunds.
We provide Online Store Credit or the option to exchange, depending on the circumstances.
5. Exchange Policy for Jewelry (For Online Orders Only)
If a jewelry item is delivered damaged or the wrong item is sent, it may be exchanged within 7 days at your nearest Zaaviya store upon presenting your receipt.
If no store is available in your city, we will issue a coupon of equivalent value, valid for 30 days.
Important:

Tags must be intact for jewelry to be eligible for exchange.

Jewelry is only delivered within Pakistan and is not shipped internationally.
6. Exchange Policy for Perfumes (For Online Orders Only)
Perfumes cannot be exchanged if the seal or packaging has been opened or damaged.
7. How to Request an Exchange
Simply email us at zaaviyaofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
